Since 1883, Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co (WKC) manufacture swords and sabres in Solingen. Solingen is famous since the Middle Ages for the manufacture of the knives, shears but also of the sabres and swords. Today, the family company WKC is the largest and the oldest factory of swords and throws a glance behind on the animated history of Solingen. The great part of the company was destroyed after the 2nd world war, however the manufacture of the swords began again successfully since 1956. The acquired knowledge of the production of the sabres and military swords was transmitted from generation to generation, so that WKC can guarantee also today the great quality of the products which leave our warehouse. WKC delivers in more than 40 countries, many Military academies, suppliers of uniforms and ministries.
